If this is not possible, make sure that all the agent has evaporated and that there is no combustible
matter on the device or its accessories before it is switched on.
Sterilized items must be allowed to dry and cool to room temperature before they are reused.
Before sterilization, check that your autoclave is clean and that the water used is of adequate
quality.
After each sterilization cycle, remove the items from the autoclave immediately in order to
minimize the risk of metal corrosion.
11. 1 IRRIGATION LINE MAINTENANCE
Sterile irrigation line
The irrigation lines supplied by SATELEC are disposable and must always be discarded after use. Re-use
of an irrigation line may result in contamination of your patients and expose you to de facto liability. Do
not attempt to resterilize the single-use irrigation lines. Do not attempt to modify the irrigation lines.
Sterilizable irrigation line
Refer to the user's manual delivered with the equipment.
