9. Handling

Observe all safety notices in this operating manual
Avoid the following adverse environmental conditions at the installation site or during transport.
- Dampness or excess humidity
- Extreme heat or cold
- Direct sunlight
- Dust or flammable gasses, vapours or solvents.
- strong vibrations
- strong magnetic fields like in proximity to machines/loudspeakers
Never turn the appliance on when you bring it from a cold into a warm room. The condensation may destroy the
appliance under adverse circumstances.
Let the mixing desk reach room temperature first before connecting it to the mains voltage and turning it on.
This might take several hours.
Make sure that the insulation of the entire product is not damaged or destroyed!
When installing the mixing desk, make sure that the power cable and all other connection cables are not bent or
squashed.
Do not pull on the power cable to unplug it from the outlet! Always pull the plug out of the outlet by grasping it on the
riffled sides.
The product may not be opened. There are no parts to be maintained by the user on the inside of the product.
Check the product for damages prior to each use.
If you detect any damages, you MAY NOT connect the product to the power supply. Mortal
danger!
When you do not operate the mixing desk for longer periods of time, turn it off via the on/off switch on the top and
pull the power plug.
Never put any pointed devices (e.g. pens, knitting needles, paper clips, etc.) into the ventilation
slots and the mixing desk's openings!
Danger of mortal electric shock and the destruction of the appliance!
