10.4 Alarm Bypass Zones

The system enables excluding an alarm zone from activation in the armed state.
This means that no alarm is triggered when the system is armed and a bypass zone
sensor is triggered.
To determine a bypass zone proceed as follows:
Step 1: Press and hold the respective "alarm zone button" (4) for 3 seconds.
After 3 seconds, the respective "zone status LED" (3) is lit perma-
nently to indicate that this alarm zone is a bypass zone.
Step 2: Arm the alarm system.
To remove the set bypass zone, press and hold the respective "alarm zone button"
(4) again for 3 seconds or disarm the alarm system.
Observe that the bypass zone is automatically deleted after every
deactivation.

11. Sensor Error / Low Battery Voltage

The alarm system regularly verifies proper radio communication of the sensors. In
this case, the respective "zone status LED" (3) flashes rapidly.
When a sensor error appears:
• Check whether the sensor is where it is supposed to be and whether there is any
visible damage to the sensor.
• If the sensor is not visibly damaged, try activating the sensor and check whether
the alarm system reacts to it.
• If not, try removing the sensor from the mounting site and place it closer at the
alarm system. Then activate the sensor. It is possible that the sensor is out of the
radio range.
• Replace the sensor battery.
If you have programmed several sensors in one alarm zone, check all sensors wit-
hin this zone.
