10.2 Arm while Absent

This type of arming is used when you leave the house and no one is inside the hou-
se. When activating "arm while absent", you will have 45 seconds to leave the house
before the alarm system is armed. After the end of the 45 seconds, all sensors for
alarm zones 1, 2 and 3 are armed. When one of these sensors is triggered, a 30
second activation delay is activated. If the valid password is entered during these 30
seconds, the alarm system is disarmed. When the password is entered (correctly),
alarm is not triggered.
To set the alarm system to "arm while absent", proceed as follows:
Step 1: Enter the 4-digit password.
Step 2: Press the "ARM" button (4) twice. The status LED "ARMED" (5) lights
up to indicate that the alarm system is set to "armed while present.
Step 3: To disarm the alarm system again, enter the 4-digit password.
Observe that no alarm is triggered when an alarm zone 4 sensor is trig-
gered. Alarm zone 4 sensors only trigger a signalling beep.

10.3 Disarm Alarm System

To disarm the alarm system again, enter the 4-digit password. When an alarm was
triggered, it can also be deactivated by entering the 4-digit password.
When the correct password is entered, the activation delay or alarm is stopped. The
green status LED "POWER" (6) flashes for three seconds. This is normal.
If you see the "zone status LEDs" (3) flash rapidly when you disarm the alarm sys-
tem, this means that a sensor alarm triggered in the respective flashing alarm zone.
In this case, check the sensor and deactivate it.
