8. Final Assembly of the model airplane

within the section. References to other figures are indicated with the corresponding figure number.
Important!
The model shown in the instructions serves illustrative purposes only. The colouration and design of the
serially delivered model may deviate considerably from the model shown in the instructions.
Before starting with the assembly of the model, prepare an appropriate surface. In order to achieve outstanding fight
performance, your model is made of light-weight formed foam. The disadvantage of this material is that its surface is
sensitive. Small inattentions during the assembly of the model lead to ugly dents and scratches very quickly.

a) Assembly of the vertical stabilisers

Place the three latching tabs (1) of the vertical stabiliser (2)
into the openings (3) of the upper fuselage plate so that the
tabs point against the flight direction.
Then push the vertical stabiliser slightly back and fold it
down outwards to the support angle (4).
Push the latching tabs of the safety plate (5) through the
bore in the vertical stabiliser first and then through the bore
in the support angle.
