Inserting material into the

• Turn lever (12) counter clockwise to lift the print head.
• Turn the button (11), move the guides (8) apart so that the media can fit in between.
• Push the media under the deflection roller (7) and between the guides (8).
• Guide the strip so far through the label edge sensor (9) so that it exits the printing unit
between the print head and print roller.
• Move the guides (8) close to the media edges. The media must be fed in exactly, in
such a way that it does not jam.
• Close the print head.
• Normally the label sensor (10) can remain in the centered position (to the outer edge).
If label recognition is to be carried by another position, remove the knurled screw and
push the sensor into the appropriate position.
• The THERMOMARK X1.2 is now ready to print.
