Storage

• Store the device and accessories in a cool, dry place that is out of the sun
and out of the reach of children and animals.
• Take the batteries out of the remote control if you do not use the device for
a prolonged period of time.

Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to
rectify the problem yourself fi rst.
Do not attempt to repair a defective device yourself!
Problem

Possible cause/solution
• Has the rechargeable battery been charged?
• Has the On/Off switch been moved to position I?
• Are you pointing the remote control directly at the
device? Are there obstacles between the remote
control and the robotic vacuum cleaner?
• Is the remote control too far away from the device?
• Are the batteries in the remote control too weak or
improperly inserted?
• Did the device correctly dock on the charging
station?
• Are the contacts on the device and on the charging
station clean?
• Is the indicator light on the charging station on? Is it
being supplied with power?
• If the rechargeable battery is not charging via the
charging station, attempt to charge it directly with
the mains adapter.
• Check whether it is correctly connected to the
mains adapter and that the mains adapter is
correctly connected to the socket.
• Is the mains adapter defective? Connect it directly
to the robotic vacuum cleaner and check whether
the rechargeable battery is charging.
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
• Is the nozzle plugged, the dust bin full or are the
fi lters dirty?
