2.1
MODALITÀ
D'INSTALLAZIONE
Per ottenere una buona riuscita
dell'installazione e prestazioni di
funzionamento ottimali, seguire
attentamente quanto indicato nel
presente manuale. La mancata
applicazione delle norme indicate,
che può causare mal funzionamento
delle apparecchiature, sollevano la
ditta OLIMPIA SPLENDID da ogni for-
ma di garanzia e da eventuali danni
causati a persone, animali o cose.
E' importante che l'impianto
elettrico sia a norma, rispet-
to ai dati riportati nella sche-
da tecnica e sia provvisto di
una buona messa a terra.
2.2
SCELTA DELLA POSIZIONE
DELL'UNITÀ
La posizione di installazione dell'uni-
tà, per ottenere il miglior rendimento
di funzionamento ed evitare guasti o
condizioni di pericolo, deve avere i
seguenti requisiti:
- L'altezza dal pavimento del filo
inferiore dell'unità deve essere
minimo di 2 m e massimo di 3 m
per installazione a soffitto, o 300
mm per installazione a parete bas-
sa (fig. 1)
- La parete su cui si intende fissare
l'unità deve essere robusta e
adatta a sostenerne il peso.
- Deve essere possibile lasciare
attorno all'unità uno spazio
necessario per eventuali operazio-
ni di manutenzione.
- Non devono essere presenti osta-
coli per la libera circolazione del-
l'aria sia dal lato frontale di aspira-
zione che, in maggior luogo, su
quello di uscita aria; in questo
particolare caso non deve essere
presente nessun ostacolo ad
una distanza inferiore i 2 m. Ciò
potrebbe causare turbolenze tali
da inibire il corretto funzionamento
dell'apparecchio.

To obtain the best results and optimum
performance, follow the instructions
for correct installation provided in this
manual. Failure to follow the
instructions and apply the rules
indicated may cause malfunction of
the appliance and relieves the
manufacturer, OLIMPIA SPLENDID of
any form of guarantee and liability for
damages to persons, animals or
property.
The electrical system must
comply with the regulations
and rating data in the
technical sheet, with good
grounding.
SELECTION OF POSITION
OF THE UNIT
The position for installation of the
inside unit, to obtain the best perfor-
mance and prevent breakdowns or
hazards, must have the following
requisites:
- The clearance from the floor of the
unit's lower line must be between
minimum 2 m and maximum 3 m
when the unit is installed on the
ceiling, or 300 mm when it is
installed at a lower level on the wall
(fig. 1)
- The wall on which the inside unit is
installed must be sturdy and able
to withstand its weight.
- It must be possible to leave room
around the unit for any maintenance
operations that may be necessary.
- No obstructions shall be present
which may hinder proper air
circulation either on the front intake
or on the air outlet side; ; on this
side, in particular, there should be
no obstacles closer than 2 m.
This could cause turbulence that
would interfere with correct
operation of the unit.

Pour une bonne réussite de
l'installation et pour que les prestations
de fonctionnement soient optimales,
suivre attentivement les instructions
dans le présent manuel. Le non-
respect de l'application des normes
indiquées, qui peut entraîner un
mauvais fonctionnement des
appareillages, dégage la société
OLIMPIA SPLENDID de toute forme de
garantie et des éventuels dommages
causés à des personnes, animaux ou
biens.
S'assurer que l'installation
électrique correspond aux
normes,
respecte
les
données reportées sur la
fiche technique et qu'elle
dispose d'une mise à la ter-
re adéquate.
CHOIX DE LA POSITION DE
L'UNITE
Pour obtenir le meilleur rendement de
fonctionnement et éviter les pannes
ou les situations de danger, la position
d'installation de l'unité intérieure doit
avoir les caractéristiques suivantes:
- La hauteur du gabarit inférieur de
l'unité doit être fixée à un minimum
de 2 m et un maximum de 3 m par
rapport au sol pour l'installation au
plafond, ou à 300 mm pour
l'installation dans la partie basse
du mur (fig. 1)
- Le mur sur lequel on souhaite fixer
l'unité intérieure doit être solide et
apte à en supporter le poids.
- Il faut prévoir de laisser l'espace
nécessaire autour de l'unité pour
d'éventuelles
opérations
d'entretien.
- Il ne doit y avoir aucun obstacle
gênant la libre circulation de l'air
aussi bien du côté avant d'aspiration
que, d'autant plus, sur celui de la
sortie d'air; pour ce dernier cas il ne
doit y avoir aucun obstacle à une
distance inférieure à 2 m. Cela
pourrait causer des turbulences
qui pourraient empêcher le
fonctionnement correct de
l'appareil.

SPLENDID von jeder Pflicht zur
Garantieleistung und von der
Verantwortung für eventuelle Schäden
an Personen, Tieren oder Sachen.
Die elektrische Anlage muss
genormt sein, die in der
technischen Beschreibung
aufgeführten
Daten
einhalten und mit einer
guten
Erdleitung
ausgestattet sein.
WAHL DER POSITION DER
EINHEIT
Zur Erreichung der optimalen
Betriebsleistung und zur Verhinderung
von Schäden und gefährlichen
Betriebsbedingungen muss die Position,
in der die Einheit installiert werden soll,
folgende Bedingungen erfüllen:
- Die Höhe vom Boden des
Geräteunterteils muss mindestens
2 m und muss bei der
Deckeninstallation maximal 3 m
oder 300 mm bei der niedrigen
Wandinstallation betragen (Abb. 1)
- Die Wand, an der die Einheit befestigt
werden soll, muss stabil sein und
das Gewicht der Einheit tragen
können.
- Es muss möglich sein, rund um die
Einheit genügend Platz für eventuelle
Instandhaltungsarbeiten frei zu
lassen.
- Die Luftzirkulation darf auf keine
Weise weder an der Frontseite wo
die Luft angesaugt wird, und schon
gar nicht am Luftausgang behindert
werden: in diesem speziellen Fall
darf sich im Abstand von weniger als
2 m kein Hindernis befinden, da dies
Turbulenzen verursachen könnte,
die das einwandfreie Funktionieren
der Anlage beeinträchtigen könnten.
