The USB interface in the control panel enables you to
replace special programme and program individual
programmes directly in the machine via a PC connected
with the washing machine or via a USB memory stick

Activating the USB interface

 Press and hold the programming button
the numbers «6» and «0».
USB: READY...
Transfer programmes from USB stick to the machine
 Insert the USB Memory stick.
 Press button «2». On the display appears «Stick 
WMI».
 Select the function «TRANSFER ALL WASH PRO-
GRAMMES» with cursor button «Right»
 Confirm using the input button
The following message appears: «READING IN PRO-
GRESS, PLEASE WAIT...». All programmes on the USB
memory stick are copied to the corresponding pro-
gramme positions in the washing machine.
After a successful transfer, the following message
appears: «DATA SUCCESSFUL WRITTEN».
 Confirm using the input button
 Press the delete button
menu.

Programming special programmes yourself

For programming individual washing programmes you can
obtain the required software from the manufacturer.
(The process of programming special programmes is
described in Service Instructions No. 305 447).

With an additional device for water recovery (w. rec.),
which is available as an option, the water discharging
from the detergent tank can be accumulated and reused.
By means of water recovery, the water and energy
consumption can be reduced by max. 25 %, the deter-
gent consumption can be reduced by max 10 %.
With typical water recovery, for example, the discharging
rinse water is collected in the tank and pumped into the
detergent tank again in one of the next wash cycles.
The recovery tank – the heart of the w. rec. device – is
integrated in the plinth. A float switch monitors the fill
level of the tank.
 If the tank is full, the discharging water is automati-
cally guided into the normal drain.
 If the minimum level is undercut when emptying the
tank, the device automatically switches over to the main
water valves and fills the drum up to the set level.
Notice
 When installing a water recovery device, the parame-
ters of the washing machine must be configured for
«Water recovery». The respective modules of the wash
programmes must also be programmed accordingly.
 Do not use recovered water from coloureds for white
wash and vice versa (staining risk).
 Do not use water recovery after washing laundry with
heavy oil stains.
Recovery tank
The maintenance of the water recovery tank is described
in a special maintenance plan..
The maximum filling volume depends on the machine
size:
