to reproduce the input frequency of [X6 | SINCOS IN1] to the
splitter output [X5 | SINCOS OUT].
 2 - 4 inputs for control signals are available at terminal [X10 |
CONTROL IN].
 The final Safety Integrity Level (SIL) depends on the selected
configuration and on external components connected to the
unit.
