Dialling a Telephone Book Entry

Press the Telephone book key

Use the arrow keys
entry you want.
Note: Selecting the first letter of a
name using the keypad allows you to
find the entry you are looking for more
quickly.

Initiate a call.
Pick up the receiver.
Hands-free calling: Press the
Loudspeaker key
Headset connected: Press the
Hook key
Note: If you would like to exit the menu
without dialling the telephone number,
press the Exit key.
Saving a Telephone Number in a
Speed Dialling Key
You have access to 15 speed dialling keys
to assign to the most frequently dialled
telephone numbers.
Important: While the system is in
operation, enter external telephone
numbers into a PBX, if necessary, with
a leading exchange
number (for example, "0").
1.
Enter the telephone number.
Enter a maximum of 20 digits.
Press keys 0...9 for digits 0...9.
Press the * key or # key to enter the
character * or #.
Press the Redial key
dialling pause.
Note: You can use the Del key
delete the previous digit if necessary.

Press and hold the Speed dialling key
for approx. 3 seconds.

Saved in the Speed Dialling Key

Press the Speed dialling key

shown on the display.

Initiate a call.

Transferring a Telephone Number
from a Caller or Redial List to a
Speed Dialling Key
You can add a recently dialled telephone
number or one transmitted from a caller
telephone number to a speed dialling key.
1.
Select the entry you want from the
caller or redial list.
2.
Press and hold the Speed dialling key
for approx. 3 seconds.
The message SAVE OK is shown on
the display.
