Caller List

The telephone numbers of those who have
called you are saved in the caller list on the
telephone. You can call someone who has
called you directly from the caller list.
Up to 99 entries can be saved in the caller
list. If memory is full, the oldest entry is
overwritten.
If the LED above the message key is
blinking, this indicates that new entries
have been made to the caller list. The LED
stops blinking as soon as you have viewed
the new entries in the list.
The display also indicates that new entries
have been added to the caller list:

An entry in the caller list contains the
following information:
Telephone number of the caller
Name of the caller (transmitted from
the PBX or the caller is already in the
telephone book)
Time the call was made
Whether the caller is labelled as a VIP
in the telephone book (Display VIP)
Whether the caller called more than
once (display REPEAT)
