Auswechseln der V-Ringe
(O-Ring) am Schaft
Benötigtes Material:
1 V-Ring Demontagehilfe
1 V-Ring Montagehilfe*
Ersatz-V-Ringe (O-Ringe)
* Die Montagehilfe wird nur für Gerätegröße 2,5-25 µl,
5-50 µl,10-100 µl, 20-200 µl und 30-300 µl benötigt.
Alten V-Ring (O-Ring)
entfernen:
1. Demontagehilfe unter dem Schaft
positionieren.
2. Demontagehilfe so weit wie
möglich nach oben gegen den
Schaft drücken, um den V-Ring
(O-Ring) aus der Nut zu heben.
3. Falls erforderlich, V-Ring
(O-Ring) mit einer Schere zer-
schneiden und entfernen. Den
Schaft dabei nicht beschädigen.

Replacement of nose cone
V-rings (O-rings)
Required materials:
1 V-Ring removal tool (square)
1 V-Ring mounting tool (cone shaped)*
Replacement V-rings (O-rings)
* The mounting tool is only necessary for replacing the
V-rings on instruments of the volume ranges 2.5-
25 µl, 5-50 µl, 10-100 µl, 20-200 µl and 30-300 µl.
To remove an old V-ring
(O-ring):
1. Position the square removal tool
under one of the nose cones.
2. Move the tool up against the
nose as far as possible to push
the V-ring (O-ring) up, away from
the nose cone.
3. If necessary be, cut the dislodged
portion of the V-ring (O-ring) with
a scissor and discard. Do not
damage the nose cone.

Replacement des joints à
lèvres (anneau torique)
sur les tiges
Matériel requis:
1 auxiliaire de démontage pour joint à lèvres
1 auxiliaire de fixation pour joint à lèvres*
Joints à lèvres (anneau torique) de rechange
* On a besoin de l'auxiliaire de fixation seulement pour
les appareils de 2,5 à 25µl, 5 à 50µl, 10 à 100 µl, 20
à 200 µ et de 30 à 300 µl.
Remplacer un anneau
torique usé:
1. Positionner l'auxiliaire de
démontage sous la tige.
2. Glisser cet auxiliaire aussi haut
que possible le long de la tige,
afin de faire sortir l' anneau
torique de la rainure.
3. Si besoin est, couper l'anneau
torique avec des ciseaux, puis
l'enlever. Attention à ne pas
abîmer la tige.

Cambio de los anillos-V
(anillo O) en los vástagos
Material necesario:
1 Herramienta de desmontaje de anillos-V
(anillo O)
1 Herramienta de montaje de anillos-V*
Anillos de recambio
* La herramienta de montaje solo es necesaria para el
aparato de 2,5-25µl, 5-50µl, 10-100 µl, 20-200 µl y
30-300 µl.
Para extraer el anillo-V
(anillo O) viejo:
1. Colocar la herramienta de des-
montaje de anillos-V debajo del
vástago.
2. Apretar la herramienta de des-
montaje de anillos-V tanto como
se pueda hacia arriba contra el
vástago, para elevar el anillo-V
sobre la ranura.
3. En caso necesario cortar el
anillo-V (anillo O) con una tijera
y extraerlo. Téngase cuidado de
no dañar el vástago.
