a) Entfernen Sie den Sitz am Bio Force.
b) Lösen und entfernen Sie die Innensechskant-
schrauben der senkrechten Stütze am Bio
Force.
c) Montieren Sie die Verbindungsplatte mit den
zwei Unterlegscheiben und den zuvor ent-
fernten Innensechskantschrauben am Grund-
rahmen des Bio Force.

eingedreht sein!

a) Remove the seat from the Bio Force.
b) Open and remove the allen screws from the
upright pole of the Bio Force.
c) Assemble the connect bracket with the two
washers and the removed Allen screws on
the Bio Force base frame.
Make sure the seat adjustment
knob is locked before your start
your exercise!
