Check the backflow protection device

• Prepare the system for maintenance, empty it, see 7.3.3
Fitting made of plastic
• Remove both* backflow protection devices <25> and clean them.
• Make sure that the backwater flap <16> is free of
damage. The seal must be in perfect
condition.
• Install both* backflow protection devices again.
• Make sure that the ventilation device is in the
CLOSED position [17].
* One (Mono) or two (Duo) backwater protection devices
depending on the system version.
7.3.5

Clean the wastewater pump(s) housing

• Prepare the system for maintenance, empty it, see 7.3.3
Clean both wastewater pumps, to do this:
• Screw out attachment screws
All the pumps are equipped with two press-off options on the
attachment flange.
• Lift out and clean the pump <14> .
• Make sure the pump is not damaged in any way.
• Clean the pump interior <27>.
• Make sure that the venting bore in the pump
is clear.
• Make sure that the pump seal <29> is
in a perfect condition.
Before installing the pumps, we recommend cleaning
the wastewater tank (see 7.3.6).
• Install the pump again. Tightening torques of the screws: 7 Nm
