2. Intended use

This 2.4 GHz Wireless Colour Camera Set with USB is intended for video and audio
surveillance. The system serves to monitor and secure secluded and/or critical
areas (e.g. surveillance of a store, entrances, etc.).
Radio communication is digital and tap-proof thanks to the integrated intelligent
frequency-hopping technology. The range in free-field conditions can reach up
to 200 m.
Digital transmission technology ensures interference-free transmission with a high
image quality. The software included in delivery allows the user to record the cam-
era images directly on a PC (receiver is equipped with mini USB socket).
The camera features infrared LEDs for night vision. Please note that the image
recordings are black and white when the IR LEDs are active during darkness. The
microphone is located behind an opening on the back of the camera.
Please note that you incur a penalty if you observe strangers with this camera with-
out their knowing and consent. Image and sound transmission to the receiver is
wireless at a frequency of 2.4 GHz (Gigahertz).
Power (5 V/DC, 1000 mA) is supplied to the camera and the receiver via the provid-
ed wall power supplies.
The provided receiver and the wall power supplies are intended for dry indoor use
only. The wireless camera is suited for outdoor use (IP44).
The use other than that described above damages the product and involves the risk
of short-circuits, fire, electric shock, etc. No part of the product must be modified or
rebuilt and the housing must not be opened!
