21. Troubleshooting

Recommendation
Check if the camera is properly
connected to the power supply.
When the camera is properly supplied
with power, the POWER LED (3)
lights up.
See chapter "8.2. Pairing".
Position the camera closer to the
receiver.
Make sure that the aerials have been
properly screwed on or connected to
the camera and the receiver.
Try to adjust the aerial positions on the
wireless camera and the receiver.
If this is the case, make sure that no
sources of interference are in the vicinity
of the wireless camera or the receiver
(e.g. reinforced concrete walls, met-
allised mirrors, thermo windows, metal
shelves, other wireless devices such as
WLAN routers etc.).
To connect the receiver to your monitor
or TV set via the AV connection,
first remove the USB cable from the
receiver.
Upgrade your operating system to
Windows XP (SP1 recommended) or
Windows Vista.
