Recommendation
Remove the wall power supply and the
AV cable from the receiver.
Only use the USB connection.
1. Disconnect the USB connection.
2. Close the software.
3. Connect the receiver to the PC and
wait a couple of seconds until the
receiver has been recognised as a
USB device.
4. Run the software.
