EMPTYING THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
When the machine is stored or during transportation from one location to another, the services boiler, coffee boiler, and the
tubes of the hydraulic circuit must be emptied.
For this procedure, open the rear panel to access the tubes. For more information, please consult the technical manual.
MACHINE EMPTYING PROCESS: MACHINE SWITCHED ON AND IN NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
•
Switch off the machine
•
open the rear panel;
disconnect the connector for the resistences power supply;
switch on the machine;
Access the manual controls and operate the "Esc" discharge solenoid valve
until the pressure on the display is 0.2 bar (so that the machine is filled with
cold water from the water supply);
switch off the machine;
reconnect the connector for the resistences power supply;
•
manually empty the coffee boiler:
Unscrew the cap (A) first and then the cap (B);
Wait until all the water empties before screwing back on the caps (A)
and (B).
•
remove the water feed tube;
•
switch on the machine and wait for the "timeout boiler filling" error
message to appear";
•
after the error message appears, zero the error log, switch off the
machine, and close the rear panel;
•
now the machine can be packed and transported.
MACHINE EMPTYING PROCESS: MACHINE COLD AND NOT FUNCTIONING
•
open the rear panel;
•
Manually empty the coffee boiler and services boiler:
BOILER: Unscrew the cap (A) first and then the cap (B);
Wait until all the water empties before screwing back on the caps
(A) and (B).
SERVICES BOILER: Detach the feed tube (C) first and then the
feed tube (D); Wait until all the water empties before reattaching
the tubes (C) and (D).
•
remove the water feed tube;
•
now the machine can be packed and transported.
