Bit0 = Voltage Regulator Standby During
Sleep bit
Bit1 = Configuration Mismatch Flag bit
Bit2 = not used
Bit3 = not used
Bit4 = not used
Bit5 = not used
Bit6 = Illegal Opcode or Uninitialized W
Access Reset Flag bit
Bit7 = Trap Reset Flag bit
Outputs the position value in decimal
