Besides the 24 bits of position data, error states are signaled by three
additional bits.
• Bit25: Sensor-tape gap error.
• Bit26: Plausibility error of the absolute value.
• Bit27: Travel speed of 5 m/s exceeded.
The bits will be reset automatically when the limits are observed. "0" ->
no error.
