Initial operation

Before commissioning observe the safety notes.
• All safety and auxiliary installations must be fitted.
• Check the rocker inlet (16) for wear and replace it
if necessary.
• Check the rocker (2) that it returns to its home posi-
tion autonomously.
• Check the saw blade for perfect fitting and correct
direction of rotation.
• Changeover, setting, measuring and cleaning op-
erations are only to be conducted with the motor
switched off. Pull the mains plug and wait for the
rotating tool to come to halt.
• The saw is constructed solely for the cross cutting
of firewood.
• Regardless of the diameter of the wood only one
work piece is to be put on the rocker.
• ATTENTION! Do not saw faggots or multiple pieces
at once.
• Put curved wood on the rocker in such a way that the
curved-out side is directed to the saw blade.
• Ensure the machine is securely placed on solid
ground.

Operation notes

ON/OFF switch (Fig. 12)
The machine is equipped with a safety switch preventing
the machine from being activated after a voltage drop.

Sawing
1. Turn on the machine.
2. Wait until the saw blade has reached full speed.
3. Put the wood on the rocker.
4. Take hold of both handle bars of the rocker with both
hands and lead it evenly to the saw blade; thus the
saw blade is revealed.
5. Push the rocker evenly to ensure the engine speed
does not drop.
6. Remove the sawn wood from the rocker before put-
ting on the next piece.
ATTENTION!
Do not leave the machine unattended during operation.
Turn off the machine if you discontinue working, and pull
the mains plug.

Lees voor de inbedrijfname de veiligheidsinstruc-
ties.
• Alle beschermings- en hulpvoorzieningen dienen
gemonteerd te zijn.
• Controleer het kantelinzetstuk op slijtage; indien no-
dig vervangen.
• Controleer de kanteltafel; deze moet zelfstandig in
de uitgangspositie terugkeren.
• Controleer of het zaagblad goed vastzit en in de
juiste richting draait.
• Ombouw-, instellings-, meet- en schoonmaakwerk-
zaamheden alleen met uitgeschakelde motor uit-
voeren. De stekker uit de contactdoos trekken en
wachten tot draaiende onderdelen tot stilstand ge-
komen zijn.
• De zaag is uitsluitend gebouwd voor het dwars door-
zagen van brandhout.
• Onafhankelijk van de doorsnede van het hout mag
slechts 1 object op de tafel gelegd worden.
• Let op! Zaag geen bundel hout of meerdere stukken
tegelijkertijd.
• Leg gebogen stukken hout zo op de tafel, dat de
naar buiten gebogen kant naar het zaagblad wijst.
• Let erop dat de machine stevig en op vaste onder-
grond staat.
Bediening/Werkinstructies
Aan-uitschakelaar (afb. 12)
De machine is uitgerust met een veiligheidsschakelaar,
zodat hij niet vanzelf weer aanspringt na stroomuitval.

Zagen
1 Schakel de machine in.
2 Wacht tot het zaagblad op snelheid is.
3 Leg het hout op de schommel.
4 Houd het handvat op de decoupeerzaag met één
hand vast en vergrendel het hout buiten de geva-
renzone tegen draaien met de andere. Leid nu de
oscillerende zaag gelijkmatig naar het hout. Deze
actie geeft het zaagblad vrij.
5 Pak met beide handen de handvaten van de schom-
mel vast en breng deze gelijkmatig naar het zaag-
blad; waardoor het zaagblad vrij komt.
6 Duw de schommel gelijkmatig zodat de motorsnel-
heid niet inzakt. Verwijder het gezaagde hout van de
schommel voordat het volgende stuk geplaatst word.
Let op!
Laat de machine niet zonder toezicht wanneer deze in
bedrijf is. Schakel de machine uit, wanneer er niet meer
mee gewerkt wordt, en trek de stekker uit de contact-
doos.
