Change of saw blades Fig. 13-15
1 Unplug the unit.
2 Wait until the blade stops rotating and the motor has
cooled down.
3 Bring the jack into the transport position and lock the
saw in this position with the locking lever.
4 Remove the hex nut (A) and the recoil spring (B).
5 Loosen the locking lever and grasp the jack firmly so
that it does not fall down and the recoil spring cannot
jump out of the unit in an uncontrolled fashion.
6 Tip the jack carefully back and place it on the ground.
7 Take the key (fig. 13, right side) in order to stopback
the flange, use the saw blade key (fig. 13, left side)
to open the hex nut and remove the flange.
8 Carefully remove the saw blade. Wear protective
gloves for this part of the work. (Attention: there is
danger of injury, so please take caution!)
9 Before replacing the saw flange, clean the flange with
a cloth or soft brush.
10 Replace the saw blade and flange and tighten the
flange nut.
11 Make sure the jack with the spring coil is properly
placed and tighten the hex nut once again properly.
12 Test the functionality of the rocker.
ATTENTION ! Observe the correct direction of rotation
when inserting the saw blade.

Set the entry point of the jack with the adjustment screw.
Zaagbladwissel afb. 13-15
1 Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2 Stilstand afwachten en laten afkoelen.
3 Breng de wip in de transportstand en zet de zaag in
deze stand met de vastzethendel vast.
4 Verwijder de zeskantmoer (A) van de terughaalveer
(B).
5 Laat de vastzethendel los en til daarbij de wip stevig,
zodat deze niet naar beneden valt en de terughaal-
veer ongecontroleerd eruit springen kan.
6 Kantel de wip voorzichtig terug en leg deze op de
grond.
7 Neem de sleutel (afb. 13 rechts) voor het tegenhou-
den van de flens, open met de zaagbladsleutel (afb.
13 links) de zeskantmoer en verwijder de flens.
8 Neem voorzichtig het zaagblad eraf. Draag daarbij
veiligheidshandschoenen. (Let op: gevaar voor let-
sel)!
9 Voordat u het nieuwe zaagblad erin zet, de flens met
een doek of borstel reinigen.
10 Zet het zaagblad en flens er weer in en draai de
flensmoer weer stevig aan.
11 Bevestig de wip met terughaalveer weer in de houder
en draai de zeskantmoer weer voldoende aan.
12 Functiecontrole van de wip.
Let op! Let bij het plaatsen van het zaagblad op de
juiste draairichting.

Met behulp van de verstelschroef kunt u het aanslagpunt
van de wip instellen.
