For pumps without a float-

Any work on the pump must only be carried out after disconnecting the power supply.

out by IBO service departments or specialists from IBO-approved dealers.
Solution
Open and close the valve
Wait for about 60 seconds until the pump
is vented; if necessary, switch it off and
then on again.
Clean the filter in the base
Place the pump deeper.
Trim the hose or secure it so that it does not
kink.
Clean the filter. Ensure the water
temperature does not exceed 35°C.
Contact IBO product support.
Check the phases and ensure the power
supply is correct.
Disconnect the pump and
contact IBO service.
If the programme is set to a low volume,
reduce the watering time or pause for 5
minutes. Increase the water flow. Unplug
the mains plug.
Eliminate any leaks on the pressure side.
Clean the filter.
Check the diameter of the discharge
hose/pipe – increase to a minimum of 3/4"
