DANGER! Risk of injury!
Before carrying out any maintenance work, disconnect the pump from the mains to
avoid injury caused by the product starting up accidentally.
If the pump impeller becomes blocked by debris, the user must clean the impeller
chamber.
The pump should be removed from the tank and rinsed with clean water after each use.
Rinsing the pump
After pumping chlorinated water, the pump must be rinsed.
1.
Pump lukewarm water (max. 35°C), adding a mild cleaning agent (e.g. detergent) if
necessary, until the water pumped out is clear.
2. Dispose of any residues in accordance with the waste disposal regulations applicable in
your region.

Storage

IMPORTANT! If the pump is not to be used for an extended period, drain it
completely. Additionally, clean it under running water.
If pumping water containing chlorine, the pump must be rinsed with clean water
afterwards.
WARNING! If the pump is to be used in winter, it must be protected against frost. Any
repairs resulting from damage to the pump caused by frost will be charged.
If, however, the pump is not to be used during a period when temperatures may fall
below 0°C, the pump must be dismantled and stored in a place where there is no risk of
frost.
Please note that any water remaining in the pump may cause damage, which is not
covered by the warranty.
Please ensure that the pump is not placed on the power cable.
Given the pump's considerable weight and a long period of storage, the cable insulation
may become damaged.
