Do not use a damaged pump. In the event of damage or repair, the pump must be
inspected by IBO service.
Do not dismantle the pump beyond its original state upon delivery.
Before using the pump following maintenance, ensure that all parts are securely
fastened together. Our pumps may be used with a generator, provided the generator
manufacturer's instructions are strictly followed.
For the pump to operate correctly, we recommend using a hose with a minimum
diameter of 3/4"; using smaller diameters may result in the pump malfunctioning, and the
pump may switch on and off automatically.

Small parts can be easily swallowed. There is also a risk that the bag could pose a
choking hazard to small children. Keep small children away during product
installation.

Observe the minimum water level in accordance with the pump specifications.
•
Do not allow the pump to run for more than 10 minutes with the tap closed.
•
Sand and other abrasive substances cause increased wear and reduce the pump's
efficiency.
•
The pump must not be operated with a pressurised water source.
•
Only the IBO floating suction system may be fitted to the thread on the inlet side.
•
The hose must not be disconnected whilst the pump is running.
•
Allow the pump to cool down before attempting to troubleshoot.
• The manufacturer accepts no financial liability arising from incorrect installation or
operation.
Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance of the device, which may be carried out by the user, must not be
entrusted to children. The operation of the device must not be entrusted to persons
under the age of 16. Never use the product when you are tired, ill or under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or medication.

Risk of injury

To avoid injury caused by the product starting up accidentally, disconnect the appliance
from the mains before installation.
