Plug the battery charger into the socket and then connect the charger to the
battery charging socket (10) at the rear of the Sweat Killer. The yellow control
display illuminates on the charging unit. The charging procedure is completed
when the yellow control display flashes. Before the charger can be removed from
the socket, the Sweat Killer must be disconnected from the charger by removing
the charger plug. The charging procedure takes approx. 5 hours.
Connect the electrodes to the individual cable. Then connect the other end of the
electrode cable to the socket (9) with the Sweat Killer.
For treating sweaty hands or feet find two suitable plastic bowls and fill them with
water. The case of the Sweat Killer can be used as a bowl. Fill so that your palms
can lie fully in the water. However, the whole of your hand or feet should not be
submerged. Place the surface electrodes flat on the bottom of each bowl.
For treatment of underarm sweat, push one rubber electrode into each of the
sponge pouches and moisten them with water (see illustration 2b / page 26).

Operating the device

Switch on the device by using the intensity controller (1) and set to position I.
Select the operating mode using the operating mode
button 6 on the device: Automatic (A) or Manual (M)
A Automatic: There are two options for setting the desired intensity.
1. Automatic control up to the setting on the intensity controller:
To activate this variant select operations mode A and set the intensity
controller (1) to the required intensity. This would apply when, for example,
you know from experience what intensity is correct for you. Current does not
yet flow. As soon as your hands/feet are immersed in the water bath and come
into contact with the electrodes, this is identified by the Sweat Killer and the
intensity is slowly increased up to attainment of the value which had been
set beforehand. While this proceeds automatically there sounds a continuous
acoustic signal which then stops once the set value is attained.
