1.Raw material preparation
In a suitable container, dilute the concentrate with water
and stir according to the manufacturer's instructions. The
sugar content of the mixture should be kept between 13%-
18%. Lower and higher concentrations can damage the
stirrer and stirrer motor.
The sugar content must exceed 13%.
Due to insufficient sugar, the slush cannot hold its shape.
Adding sugar can lower the freezing point of the mixture. If
you have not added enough sugar, the mixture will freeze
into ice blocks instead of slush. It may lead to the freezing
of the cylinder, causing the current refrigeration cylinder's
refrigeration solenoid valve to close, running the cylinder
freezing protection program. If this happens, turn off the
machine for 10 minutes, add more sugar or concentrate
until a paste-like substance appears.
To make slush for alcoholic beverages, you need to set
the temperature between -5°C to -9°C. The alcohol
content should not exceed 13%.
Otherwise, it may not turn into slush. Note: If the slush is
formed but the mixer gets stuck and cannot rotate, please
increase the slush forming temperature.
