Test run:
Before starting work and after each change of grinding disk, carry out
a test run of at least 60 seconds with no load. Switch off the equipment
immediately if the disk runs lumpy, substation vibrations occur, or abnor-
mal noises are generated.
11. Cleaning and maintenance
Always pull out the mains power plug before starting any cleaning work.
Have any work not described in these instructions carried out by a spe-
cialist workshop. Use only original components. Allow the equipment to
cool before carrying out any maintenance and cleaning work. There is
a risk of burns.
Before each use, check the equipment for obvious defects such as
loose, worn or damaged components and check that screws or other
parts are sitting correctly. In particular, check the grinding disk (3). Re-
place damaged parts.
Cleaning
• Keep all safety devices, air vents and the motor housing free of dirt
and dust as far as possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean cloth or
blow it with compressed air at low pressure.
• We recommend that you clean the device immediately each time you
have finished using it.
• Clean the equipment regularly with a moist cloth and some soft soap.
Do not use cleaning agents or solvents; these could attack the plastic
parts of the equipment. Ensure that no water can seep into the device.
Maintenance
The device is maintenance-free.

Please note that the following parts of this product are subject to normal
or natural wear and that the following parts are therefore also required
for use as consumables.
