Loosen 2 blister packs (10) at the lan-

ces of the new GalvoPS and place on
the faulty GalvoPS
CAUTION! The PCM paste must
not be damaged or removed when
inserting the GalvoPS
Insert and position the new GalvoPS

NOTE! To avoid mechanical ten-
sion on the modules, observe the
sequence of the torques
Mount the GalvoPS modules with 4

screws 4x9 TX20 (8). Observe the se-
quence of the torques to prevent me-
chanical tension
First tighten all 4 screws at [0.5 Nm |
0.74 ft lb] and then tighten at [2.5 Nm
| 1.84 ft lb]
Mount the GalvoPS with 16 screws 4x9
