This chapter contains important information on the operation and func-
tion of the appliance.
WARNING
Observe the following safety precautions to avoid danger and material
damage:

Operate the appliance only when the drip tray, waste container and
cup rest are properly installed.
►
Do not leave the appliance unsupervised during operation.
CAUTION
Milk, mineral water or other liquids can damage the water tank or the
appliance.
►
Fill the water tank only with fresh, cold water.
►
Observe the maximum filling level of 1.5 litres.
To fill the water tank, proceed as follows:
Pull the water tank out of the appliance.
