Remove the brewing unit by inserting your index finger through the

ring on the front of the brewing unit and pulling the brewing unit out
in a straight line. Support the brewing unit with your other hand to
prevent it from falling down.
Turn the brewing unit round. The brewing unit is open and the ejector

folded down. The two stainless steel screens are now freely accessible.
Clean the brewing unit under running hot water. The stainless steel
‹
screens, in particular, must be rinsed out well to remove any coffee re-
sidues.
All flush out all the grille-like openings of the brewing unit well. The
‹
brewing unit can also be soaked in warm water with a little mild deter-
gent.
