General safety information

Please also observe the particular safety information in
the individual chapters.
Installation with 3 mm contact gap:
• On installation an all-pin shut-off fixture needs to be
provided with a 3 mm contact gap (usually ensured
by the fuse).
Make sure all terminals/pins are assigned correctly.
Intended purpose:
• Prior to turning on the sauna control and when se-
lecting the start-time (time until the stove starts) make
sure that no combustible objects have been placed
on top of the stove.
• The CK 3 sauna control is used to control the func-
tions in accordance with the technical data (see last
page).
• Install and operate the CK 3 sauna control only in
fixed rooms with an ambient temperature of
-10° C to +40° C.
• Install and operate the CK 3 sauna control only out-
side the sauna cabin.
• Use the CK 3 sauna control only to control and re-
gulate 3 heat circuits with a maximum of 3.5 kW
output per heat circuit. The max. steam output may
amount to 3.5 kW.
• Combine the CK 3 sauna control and the optional
power boosts S2-18 or S2-30 only with approved
sauna stoves that can be operated in terms of power
and features with the CK 3 sauna control without any
risk.
Please observe the specifications for the sauna stove
and/or the stove with steam generator.
• As an option, you can increase the switching capacity
with an additional power unit from 10.5 kW to 18 kW
/ 30 kW.

1 General safety information
NOTE – Scope of separate delivery:
The sensor F II or the humidity temperature sensor
FTS II must be ordered separately as the sauna con-
trol will not work without them.
