The current variable is stored as a reference 100% ΔP and output
on the digital display. The change in viscosity is displayed in %.
Depending on increase or decrease in the viscosity it is displayed
with smaller or greater than 100%.
• Scroll in menu to the
icon Stirring
• Open the menu by
pressing the knob (D)
• Open the menu
„Torque trend measure-
ment" and
confirm
by pressing the knob (D)
• Then confirm by pressing
the control knob (D)

Weighing module
The weighing module is a function that allows the user to perform
simple tasks cradle.
• To start the weighing mode,
press the button (G) on the
front panel or select the
menu item weighing.
By pressing the control
knob (D) starts the
weighing function.
Note:
The functions of heating
and stirring must
be disabled.
• It takes a short time until
the system is stable.
The stable system is in-
dicated by a „g" in
addition to the measured
value.
Weigh - Calibration
• Open the menu
„Calibration" and
confirm by pressing
the knob (D)
• Turn the control knob a
calibration one and
confirm by pressing
the control knob (D)
• Place the calibration
weight on the mounting
plate. Wait until the
device reports that the
process is completed
successfully.
This procedure must be
carried out two or three
times before closing the
calibration mode.
After the successful
calibration of the weighing
module can be used.
Perform calibration at
regular intervals.
Timer / Counter
In the timer function, the user has the possibility to interrupt the
heating operation after a certain time.
The timer range extends to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
Note:
The start of the two functions (heating and / or stirring) the
timer starts to count down.
Once the heating function is active, the timer function is also
available for the heating. The stirring function will continue as
before. This helps to avoid delay in boiling into the liquid. The
motor is only switched off when the heating function is not
active. Stirring the function is stopped when the heating function
during the timer cycle has never been started and the timer has
expired.
Note:
Entering a value of 00:00:00 (hh: mm: ss) the counter is enabled.
The counter shows the expired test time.
