- Sostituzione del liquido di
raffreddamento e della cartuccia di
silicato
Questa serie di operazioni deve essere
effettuata quando occorre oppure almeno
una volta ogni 2 anni quando arriva
l'inverno. Mettere il carrello elevatore
in piano con il motore termico spento e
freddo.
Il motore termico non contiene elementi
anticorrosivi, e deve sempre essere riempito
di una miscela minima, composta al 25 % di
antigelo a base di etilene-glicolo.
Pericolo di lesioni
L'impianto di raffreddamento è sotto
pressione.
Aprendo l'impianto di raffreddamento
possono fuoriuscire degli spruzzi di liquido
di raffreddamento bollente con rischio di
ustioni alla pelle e agli occhi.
- Aprire l'impianto di raffreddamento
solo se la temperatura del liquido di
raffreddamento è inferiore a 90 °C.
- Ruotare lentamente il tappo e far scaricare
completamente la pressione
dell'apertura.
- In caso di interventi sull'impianto di
raffreddamento indossare guanti
indumenti protettivi adeguati nonché
occhiali protettivi.
Pericolo di avvelenamento
In caso di ingerimento del liquido di
raffreddamento sussiste pericolo
avvelenamento.
- Non ingerire in alcun caso il liquido di
raffreddamento.
- Non versare il liquido di raffreddamento in
contenitori per acqua potabile o bevande.
- Conservare il liquido di raffreddamento
fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
Avvertenza per la tutela ambientale
Smaltire il liquido di raffreddamento usato
in conformità alle prescrizioni di legge
vigenti nel nella sede di utilizzo del motore.

- Renewing coolant and replace the
silicate cartridge
These operations are to be carried out
if necessary or every two years at the
beginning of winter. Place the lift truck on
level ground with the I.C. engine stopped
and cold.
The I.C. engine does not contain any
corrosion resistor and must be filled during
the whole year with a mixture containing 25
% of ethylene glycol-based antifreeze.
Risk of injury
The cooling system is pressurised. Hot
coolant can escape under pressure when
the cooling system is opened and scald your
skin and eyes.
- Only open the cooling system at coolant
temperatures below 90 °C.
- Unscrew the cap slowly and release
any excess pressure completely before
opening the cap fully.
- Wear suitable protective gloves, protective
prima
clothing and safety goggles when
handling coolant.

Risk of poisoning
There is a risk of poisoning if coolant is

- Never swallow coolant.
- Never store coolant in containers normally
used for beverages.
- Store coolant out of the reach of children.
Environmental note
Dispose of used coolant in accordance with
current local regulations.

Diese Arbeitsschritte sind bei Bedarf oder
alle 2 Jahre vor Beginn der kalten Jahreszeit
durchzuführen. Den Teleskoplader auf eine
waagerechte Fläche fahren, Antriebsmotor
abstellen und abkühlen lassen.
Die Kühlflüssigkeit enthält keinen Zusatz
für Korrosionsschutz. Der Anteil
Frostschutzmittels auf Ethylenglykolbasis
darf ganz jährig 25 % nicht unterschreiten.
Verletzungsgefahr
Das Kühlsystem steht unter Druck.
Öffnet man die Kühlanlage können kochend
heiße Kühlmittelspritzer austreten, wobei
die Gefahr von Verbrühungen der Haut und
der Augen besteht.
- Die Kühlanlage nur öffnen, wenn die
Kühlmitteltemperatur unter 90°C liegt.
- Langsam den Verschlussdeckel aufdrehen
und den Druck vor dem Öffnen vollständig
ablassen.
- Bei Eingriffen an der Kühlanlage immer
Handschuhe, Schutzbrille und geeignete
Schutzkleidung tragen.
Vergiftungsgefahr
Beim Verschlucken von Kühlmittel besteht
Vergiftungsgefahr.
- Das Kühlmittel in keinem
herunterschlucken.
- Kein Kühlmittel in Trinkwasser- oder
Getränkeflaschen abfüllen.
- Das Kühlmittel außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern aufbewahren.
Hinweis für den Umweltschutz
Verbrauchtes Kühlmittel entsprechend
den am Einsatzort geltenden Vorschriften
entsorgen.
