Wearing recommendation
Note: Unless your treating physician orders or recommends
otherwise, we recommend wearing the leg fitting together
with the respective foot options enclosed with the set. In case
of doubt, please consult your attending physician.
Always ensure that the hook tabs are placed on the corres-
ponding landing pads. Always ensure that the correct
prescribed pressure range is being applied. Slightly loosen
the bands of the garment for night-time wear. Each vertical
BPS line on the bands may be at a different location on the

leg depending on the size and shape of the leg. They do not
need to be aligned down the front center of the leg or in any
other specific location on the leg. If experiencing any pain,
or discomfort, reduce the compression (mmHg) applied or
remove device. Inform your clinician of your action. When
bands are placed correctly they should slightly overlap, lea-
ving no space between bands. Do not tuck bands. The Hook
tabs should never touch the skin!
Donning instructions
Step 1: Slide the enclosed circaid undersleeve or undersock
onto the leg up to the knee (for lower leggings) or to the gro-
in (for upper leg and whole leg).
Step 2:Position the legging with the black side of the mate-
rial facing the skin and the seam running along the back of
the leg.
Step 3: Unroll the top two bands and loosely secure them to
the outside of the legging to anchor it in place. This enables
you to easily raise or lower the legging for correct positioning
Note: If you are using your legging with a circaid foot piece, e.
g. pac band or juxtafit ankle foot wraps, follow the application
instructions included with your foot piece.
Do not secure the ankle band of the foot piece at this time as it
be applied later to overlap the legging.
If using the circaid single band ankle foot wrap, wait until af-
ter the legging has been applied to apply the wrap.
Step 4: Unroll the bottom two bands and secure the bot-
tommost band to the outside of the legging to a firm and
comfortable compression level.
The bottom most band can be identified by the care label.
Step 5: While holding the second band, detach the next
band. Secure the second band and continue this process
with the other bands, going up the leg. Ensure that the
bands are placed in an alternating order.
Step 6: The legging should now lay flat and wrinkle-free
against the leg.
Adjust each band to a firm and comfortable compression.
See section "Using the Built-In-Pressure System" for inst-
ructions on using the BPS card to set the compression to a
prescribed level.
Step 7: Once all the bands are secured, inspect the garment
for any gaps or creases. Adjust the bands as necessary.
You may now fold the bottom and top parts of the circaid
undersleeve or sock over the top and bottom edge of the
legging if desired.
Step 8 (optional): Finish applying foot compression. At this
time, finish applying your foot compression as directed in
the separate instructions. The ankle band will overlap with
the lower portion of the juxtafit legging.
Step 9 (optional): Apply shelf straps, if included with your
custom compression system. Use the shelf strap to provide
additional support or coverage to areas in need, pulling up
and around the area on the limb until firm and comfortable
compression is achieved.
Step 10 (optional): Apply knee cover, if your compression
system covers the knee. Place the knee cover over the knee
cap and pull the individual tabs at each corner to firm and
comfortable compression. Secure the tabs to the legging
once the knee cover is securely against the knee.
Note: If using a circaid cover up, apply it at this time. Slide the
