6 Linear compensation setting
You can input the linear compensation in 1 µm units up to a maximum 600 µm.
However, note that the following items should be observed during input to ensure correct operation.
Notes • Do not input a smaller value than the input resolution.
[Example] If item 4 is set to 0.01 (= 10 µm), input a value of 10 µm or more. Do not input 1 to 9 µm.
• Do not input a value that results in a fraction. Input a value that is an integer multiple of the input resolution.
[Example] If item 4 is set to 0.01 (= 10 µm), input 10 µm, 20 µm, etc. Do not input 11 µm, 12 µm, etc.
* If the input resolution is 0.0005 mm or less, input the value in 1 µm units.
