No. SCHUBERTH helmets are not supplied from the factory pre-
fitted with the SCHUBERTH RiderEcall. The SCHUBERTH RiderEcall
is available solely as an optional accessory from authorized
dealers.
How do I fit the SCHUBERTH RiderEcall to the helmet?
The SCHUBERTH RiderEcall is installed on a plug-and-play basis
and you can fit it yourself quickly and easily. Please see the
installation section in the handbook.
With which helmets is the SCHUBERTH RiderEcall
compatible?
The SCHUBERTH RiderEcall is compatible with all premium
SCHUBERTH helmets and with helmets of all other brands.
But it can also be used on helmets from other manufacturers
(without warranty).
Note: If you use the SCHUBERTH RiderEcall with helmets of
other brands, this may possibly result in these helmets being
modified to such an extent that they are no longer suitable
for use. This could result in fines and insurance penalties
being incurred. SCHUBERTH cannot be held liable for any such
disadvantages or damage.
What is the best way for me to attach the motorcycle
unit of the SCHUBERTH RiderEcall to my bike?
Use only the mount supplied. It should be positioned
horizontally. The system requires a clear view to the sky, i.e.
the antenna signal should not be blocked by body panelling or
fairing.
There is no power socket on my motorcycle. Can I still use
the system?
A 12 V power supply is essential for the functioning of the
SCHUBERTH RiderEcall. You can obtain a 12 V connector at a
authorized dealer and have it installed.
Caution: Never disconnect the system from the power supply
while riding.
