Testbedingungen
für die Alarm- und
Informationssignale
8. 3. 1 Überdruckalarm
Um den Überdruckalarm zu überprüfen, kann
folgendermaßen vorgegangen werden.
1. Den Hahn des Instruments am
Insufflationschlauch schließen.
2. Die Insufflation starten.
3. Die Insufflation anhalten.
4. Bei gestoppter Insufflation den Sollwert
um 6 mmHg verringern, so dass die
Alarmschwelle überschritten ist.
Optischer und akustischer Überdruckalarm tritt
auf.
Da die automatische Druckentlastung bei deak-
tivierter Insufflation nicht arbeitet, bleibt die
Überdruckbedingung bei dichtem System erhalten.
8. 3. 2 Gas-leer-Alarm
1. Vor dem Einschalten des Gerätes die
Gasversorgung kurz aufdrehen und wieder
schließen.
2. Das Gerät einschalten und nach bestandenem
Einschalttest die Insufflation mit einem
Flow-Limit von > 1 starten.
Wenn der Eingangsdruck abgebaut ist, ertönt
der Gas-leer-Alarm.
8. 3. 3 Informationssignale
1. Vorgehen wie beim Gas-leer-Alarm und
vor Insufflationsstart die Einstellung des
Gasversorgungssystems auf »Flasche Audio
repetierend« vornehmen.
2. Die Insufflation sofort stoppen, wenn
bei geschlossener Gasversorgung die
Meldung »371« angezeigt wird.
Die Dichtheit des Systems ist ausreichend, um
die Charakteristik des Informationssignals zu
verifizieren.

8. 3. 1 Overpressure alarm
In order to test the overpressure alarm, proceed
as follows.
1. Close the instrument stopcock on the
insufflation tube.
2. Start insufflation.
3. Stop insufflation.
4. When insufflation is stopped, reduce the
setpoint value by 6 mmHg so that the alarm
threshold is exceeded.
A visual and acoustic overpressure alarm is
issued.
Since automatic pressure release does not work
when insufflation is deactivated, the overpressure
condition continues to apply when the system is
leakproof.
8. 3. 2 CO
empty alarm

1. Before turning on the device, open the gas
supply briefly and then close again.
2. Turn on the device and after a successful
switch-on test, start insufflation with a
flow limit of > 1.
Once the input pressure has been reduced,
a CO
empty alarm sounds.

8. 3. 3 Information signals
1. Proceed as with CO
empty alarm and before

starting insufflation, set the gas supply system
to 'Repetitive audio signal'.
2. Stop insufflation immediately if the message
'371' is displayed when the gas supply is
closed.
The leakproofness of the system is sufficient to
verify the characteristic of the information signal.

Condiciones de prueba para

8. 3. 1 Alarma de sobrepresión
Se puede proceder de la siguiente manera para
comprobar la alarma de sobrepresión.
1. Cierre la llave del instrumento en el tubo
flexible de insuflación.
2. Inicie la insuflación.
3. Detenga la insuflación.
4. Si la insuflación está detenida, reduzca el valor
nominal 6 mmHg para sobrepasar el margen
de alarma.
Se emite una alarma visual y acústica de
sobrepresión.
Dado que la descarga automática de presión no
funciona si la insuflación está desactivada, se
mantiene la condición de sobrepresión en caso de
sistema estanco.
8. 3. 2 Alarma de gas vacío
1. Antes de encender el aparato, abra
brevemente la alimentación de gas y ciérrela
de nuevo.
2. Encienda el aparato y, una vez superada
la prueba de puesta en marcha, inicie la
insuflación con un límite de flujo >1.
La alarma de gas vacío suena cuando se ha
reducido la presión de entrada.
8. 3. 3 Señales de información
1. Proceda como en la alarma de Gas vacío y,
antes de iniciar la insuflación, ajuste el sistema
de alimentación de gas a "Audio de botella
repetitivo".
2. Detenga la insuflación de inmediato si se
muestra el mensaje "371" con la alimentación
de gas cerrada.
La estanqueidad del sistema es suficiente
para verificar las características de la señal de
información.
