WARNUNG: Ein steriler CO
unbedingt zwischen Insufflationsanschluss
und Insufflationsschlauch geschaltet
werden, da sonst die Gefahr
einer Kontamination des Gerätes
durch zurückfließendes Gas oder
Körperflüssigkeit besteht. Der CO
nach jeder Anwendung auszutauschen.

2. Den Insufflationsschlauch auf den CO
Gasfilter stecken (Abb. 31) und das andere
Ende des Insufflationsschlauches mit der
VERESS-Nadel verbinden.

HINWEIS: Beim Einweg-Insufflations-
schlauchset ist der Filter fest mit dem
Schlauch verbunden.

-Gases

Der ENDOFLATOR
50 ermöglicht das Vorwärmen
®
des CO
-Gases auf Körpertemperatur. Das Risiko

einer Hypothermie bei der Insufflation größerer
Mengen CO
-Gas kann so reduziert werden.

Verwenden Sie den beheizbaren Insufflations -
schlauch, Art.-Nr. 031210-10 (Packung zu 10 St.).

Das durchströmende CO
-Gas wird auf eine

Temperatur von ca. 37 °C erwärmt. Die Anpassung
an verschiedene Flowraten erfolgt automatisch.

6. 4. 3 Heating up the CO
The ENDOFLATOR
50 enables the CO

be preheated to body temperature. The risk of
hypothermia during the insufflation of sizeable
quantities of CO
can thus be reduced.

Connecting the heatable patient tube
Connect the connecting cable of the
heatable patient tube to the socket 4 on the
ENDOFLATOR
®
50 (Fig. 32).
The heating function is activated by plugging in
the connecting cable.

is displayed in the Working screen
(Fig. 33).
The CO
gas flowing through is heated to a

temperature of approx. 37 °C. The unit adapts to
various flow rates automatically.
