undertake to read these instructions in detail and in full before using the machine and to commission and handle the machine in accordance
with these operating instructions as well as to pass on these operating instructions to the purchaser in such a way that the same obligation is
imposed on each subsequent successor in title when reselling the machine. I am aware that a warranty claim towards ZIEGLER GmbH can
only be asserted as soon as the declaration above has been filled in and signed and is available to ZIEGLER GmbH. Furthermore, I am
aware that, irrespective of the return of the above declaration to ZIEGLER GmbH, the warranty period commences at the time the machine is
delivered.
