Der Kontakt muB éffnen, wenn ein Stecker
mit Hilse in die Buchse eingefihrt wird.
Nach Lockern der Befestigungsschrauben fir
die
Buchse
,LAUTSPRECHER"
kann
der
Montagewinkel (A) mit Kontakt K 7 bzw. K6
so eingestellt werden, daB die Nase (B) fiir
die Kontaktbetatigung 0,5 mm durch den in
der Buchse A vorhandenen Durchbruch ragt.
5.5 Strombegrenzungskontakt rel. a.
Der Kontakt (rel. a) mu8 in stromlosem Zu-
stand des Magneten
geschlossen
bleiben.
Bei angezogenem Anker des Magneten muB
er gedffnet sein. Er darf jedoch erst dffnen,
wenn
der Anker
ca. 7/3 seines
Weges
zu-
ruckgelegt hat, da sonst die Kraft der Halte-
wicklung noch nicht ausreicht.
Die
Einstellung
erfolgt durch
Biegen
des
Stitzstreifens unter den Kontaktfedern.
Der Abstand der Kontaktfedern voneinander .
soll In gedffnetem Zustand ca. 0,1 mm
be-
tragen.

5.7 Priifung und Einstellung
der Kontaktschieber fiir Aufnahme .
und Wiedergabe
Zur Prifung mussen die Kontaktfedern der
Schiebeschalter
in Ruhestellung
(Wieder-
gabe) jeweils genau Uber zwei Messerkon-
takten liegen. Sie durfen keine Zwischen-
stellung einnehmen, da sonst die Gefahr be-
steht, daB sie mit einem dritten Messerkon-
takt in Berthrung kommen.
Bei
den Stereogeraten
4200/4400
arbeiten
die Schiebeschalter gegensinnig.
Vom Mitnehmer aus gezaéhit muB bei Kanal |
die erste Kontaktfeder mit dem ersten Mes-
serkontakt abschlieBen, wahrend bei Kanal II
der
erste
Messerkontakt
freibleiben
muB
(Stellung Wiedergabe).
Die richtige Einstellung kann durch Lockern
der Schraube und Verschieben des Mitneh-
merwinkels auf dem Schiebeschalter vorge-
nommen
werden.
AnschlieBend
ist
die
Schraube
festzuziehen
und
mit
Lack
zu
sichern.

The
contact
must
open
if a plug
with
a
sleeve is inserted in the socket.
After slackening the fixing screws
for the
socket "Loudspeaker", the assembly bracket
(A) with contact K7 and K6 respectively
can be adjusted in such a manner
that the
lug (B) for actuating the contact projects
0.5mm
through the perforation
focated
in
the socket A.
5.5 Current fimiting contact 'rel. a'.
The contact ('rel.a') must remain
closed
in
the currentless state of the magnet. When
the armature of the magnet has operated, it
must be open. It may, however, only open
if the armature
has completed
approx. two-
thirds of its travel, since otherwise the force
- of the holding winding will not yet suffice.
The adjustment is made by bending the sup-
porting strip underneath the contact springs.
The space between the contact springs must
.
be approx. 0.1 mm in the open state.
5.6 Short-circuit contact K 1
4000 REPORT IC (see Fig. 18)
In position "Stop*, K1 must be closed and
open in position "Start".
The adjustment is carried out after slacken-
ing the screws (A) and turning the carrying
bracket (B).
5.7 Checking and adjusting
the sliding contact member
of the recording/playback switch
For checking the sliding contact member is
in its rest or playback position, its contact
springs must be_precisely positioned above
two of the two contact blades. They must
under
no circumstances
take up
an
inter-
mediate position, since there is the danger
of their touching a third knife contact.
The sliding contact members of the stereo-
phonic
recorders
4200/4400
operate
in the
opposite sense.
Counting from the carrier, the first contact
spring, In the case of channel |, must be flush
with the first knife contact, while in the case
of channel I! the first knife contact must re-
main unoccupied. (Position "Playback').
For correct adjustment slacken
the screw
and move the carrier bracket on the sliding
switch. Then tighten the screw and secure
it by applying a drop of lacquer.

Le contact K7 resp. K6 doit s'ouvrir lors-

la prise

Desserrer
les vis de fixation de la prise
«Haut-parleurs.
Déplacer alors |'équerre de
montage (A) portant le contact K 7 resp. K 6,
de telle fagon que |'ergot (B) actionnant Je
contact dépasse de 0,5 mm dans I'ouverture
de la prise «A».
5.5 Contact limiteur de courant (rel. a.)
Le contact (rel. a.) doit demeurer fermé lors-
que son relais n'est pas alimenté. I doit étre
ouvert
lorsque
l'armature
du relais est at-
tirée.
Il doit toutefois
s''ouvrir seulement
aprés que |'armature a parcouru les 7/s de sa
course, car la force de la bobine de maintien
serait sinon insuffisante.
,
L'ajustage s'opéré par le cambrage
de la
barrette
d'appui
au-dessous
des
lames
de
contact.
L'ouverture des lames de contact doit étre
d'environ 0,1 mm.
5.6 Contact de court-circuit K 1

Le contact K1
doit étre fermé en régime
«STOP» et ouvert en régime «START».
Pour l'ajustage, desserrer les vis (A) et dé-
caler |'équerre de retenue (B).
5.7 Contréle et réglage du commutateur
«Enregistrement-Lecture»
Pour le contréle, les lames de contact du
commutateur
doivent, en position de repos
(lecture), se trouver exactement au-dessus
de deux broches de contact. Elles ne doivent
prendre
aucune
position
intermédiaire,
car
elles risqueraient sinon d'entrer en contact
avec une troisiéme broche.
Dans
les modéles
stéréophoniques
4200/
4400
Report Stereo IC, les commutateurs
«Enregistrement/Lecture»
travaillent a I'in-
verse.
Pour le canal I, ies ressorts de contact doi-
vent exactement coincider avec les broches
de contact. Pour le canal Il, ils doivent étre
décalés
d'un
contact,
c'est-a-dire
qu'une
broche doit rester libre du cété de I'équerre
d'entrainement. Cette exigence se référe a
la position «Lecture» du commutateur.
Pour le réglage, desserrer la vis de fixation
et déplacer |'équerre d'entrainement sur le
commutateur.
Resserrer ensuite la vis et la
protéger par une couche de vernis.
