2.41 Priifung und Einstellung
der Wippe fir Vor-Riicklauf
(siehe Abb. 10)
Die Wippe (A) mit den Friktionsradern (B)
und (C) muB in Ruhestellung waagrecht zum
_ Chassis stehen (Prifung mit Schublehre vor-
nehmen). Zwischen dem Lappen (D) und dem
Hebel (E) bzw. Lappen (F) und Hebel (G)
muB dann ein Abstand von 0,1 mm bestehen.
Die
Einstellung
erfolgt durch
nicest der
Lappen (D) und (F).
2.42 Priifung und Einstetlung
des Vor-Riicklaufes (siehe Abb. 10)
Bei der Prifung muB der Reibungsgrad zwi-
schen Kupplungsoberteil' (K) bzw. (L) und
Friktionsrad (B) bzw. (C) so groB sein, daB
bei eingeschaltetem Vor- bzw. Ricklauf und
Abbremsung
der
Kupplungsoberteile
von
Hand
das
entsprechende
Friktionsrad
bis
zum Stillstand gebremst wird.
Die Einstellung erfolgt durch Biegen des
Stitzstreifens fir die Feder (H) fir Vorlauf
'baw. die Feder (I) fr Riicklauf mittels Schrau-
benzieher in den Punkten a (siehe Abb. 11).
Die Federn kénnen eingestellt werden, wenn
die Wippe (A) nach Entfernen der Welle (M)
ausgebaut und die Taste ,VORLAUF"
bzw.
»RUCKLAUF"
gedrickt wurde! Beim Einbau
der Wippe (A) richtige Lage der Federn (H)
und (I) beachten!

2.5 Bandfiihrung
Eine Einstetlung der Bandfihrung ist nur nach
erfolgtem Austausch
der Bandfithrungsele-
mente erforderlich.

Priifung und Einstellung (siehe Abb. 12)
Samtliche
Bandfithrungselemente
missen
senkrecht stehen. Das Tonband
muB ohne
an den Sputenflanschen
zu streifen aufge-
wickelt werden.
Es mu
geradlinig
(siehe
Abb. 12 gestrichelte Linie) durch die Band-
fihrung laufen. Die richtige Héhe des Ton-
bandes ist bei den verschiedenen Typen wie
folgt zu prifen:

Der Kopfspalt des Léschkopfes muB 0,2 mm
Uber die Tonbandoberkante herausragen.

2.4 Fast forward and rewind (see Fig. 10) -
When the start key is depressed, the levers
(E) and (G) in cooperation with the lugs (D)
and (F) perform a limiting function. When the
fast forward and the rewind key respectively
is depressed, the spring (H) or (I) presses
the
see-saw
(A) with
the
conical
friction
wheel
(B) or (C) against the clutch upper
section (K) or the spring (I) presses the see-
saw (A) by its friction wheel (C) against the
clutch upper section (K) or (L).
2.41 Checking and adjusting the fast
forward/rewind see-saw (see Fig. 10)
When the see-saw (A) with its friction wheels
(B) and (C) is in its rest position, it must be
parallel with the chassis (check by means of
a slide gauge). There must be a clearance of
0.1mm
(approx. 0.004") each between
the
lug (D) and the lever (E) or lug (F) and lever
(G).
The adjustment is performed by bending the
tabs (D) and (F).
2.42 Checking and adjusting the fast
forward and rewind functions
(see Fig. 10)
When
checking, the degree of friction be-
tween the clutch upper section (K) and (L)
respectively
and the corresponding
friction
wheel
(B) or (C) must be great enough
as
to bring each friction wheel
to a standstill
when the corresponding
turntable drum
is
braked down by hand while the recorder is
set for fast forward or rewind operation.
Adjust the forward function by bending the
backing strip for spring (H). for forward run
or the spring (1) for rewind with the use of a
screwdriver at the points 'a' (see Fig. 11). ~
The springs can be adjusted if the see-saw
(A) is dismounted after removing the shaft
(M) and the pushbutton
"Forward
run" or
"Rewind" has been pressed! When reinstal-
ling the see-saw, take care that the springs
(H) and (Il) are in their proper positions.
2.5 Tape Guide
Adjustment of the tape guide will only be
necessary after any one of the tape guides
has been replaced.

Checking and adjusting (see Fig. 12)
All tape guides must be precisely perpendi-
cular. The tape must wind on either reel with-
out grazing the flanges. It must be perfectly
straight (see the dotted lines of Fig. 12) as
it passes the tape guides. The correct height
of the tape for the different models must be
checked as follows:

The head gap of the erase head must project
0.2 mm beyond the upper edge of the tape.
2.4 Défilement accéléré en avant et
en arriére (voir fig. 10)
Lorsque
la touche
«START»
est enfoncée,
les leviers (E) et.(G) ont un effet limiteur en
conjonction
avec
les pattes
(D) et (F). En
régime «Défilement accéléré avant» ou «Dé-
filement accéléré arriére», le ressort (H) ou
(!) presse la bascule (A) et la roue a friction
(B) ou (C) contre le plateau supérieur (K) ou
(L) de |'embrayage.

Contréle et réglage de la bascule pour
je défilement accéléré avant et arriére
(voir fig. 10)
En position de repos, la bascule (A) située
entre les roues a friction (B) et (C) doit étre
horizontale et paralléle au chassis (contréler
avec
un pied d'épaisseur a coulisse). Un
écart de 0,1 mm
doit alors exister entre les
pattes (D), (F) et les leviers (E), resp. (G).
Le réglage s'opére par le cambrage des pat-
_tes (D) et (F).
2.42 Contréle et réglage du défilement
accéléré avant et arriére (voir fig. 10)
La friction entre le plateau supérieur de l'em-
brayage (K) resp. (L) et la roue (B) resp. (C)
doit étre suffisante pour que, pendant le dé-
filement
accéléré
avant
ou
arriére
de
la
bande, le freinage a la main du plateau supé-
rieur provoque
l'arrét de la roue a friction
respective.
Le réglage s'effectue par le cambrage de la
barrette
d'appui
du ressort
(H) —
pour le
défilement accéléré avant —
et du ressort
(1) —
pour le défilement accéléré arriére,
a l'aide d'un tourne-vis
appliqué aux points
<a» (voir fig. 11).
Pour l'ajustage des ressorts (H) et (I), dé-
monter auparavant l'arbre (M) et la bascule
(A), puis enfoncer la touche «Défilement ac-
céléré avant»
ou «Défilement accéléré ar-
riére». Lors de la remise en place de la bas-
cule (A), respecter la position correcte des
ressorts (H) et (I).
2.5 Guide-bande
Un réglage du guide-bande n'est nécessaire
qu'aprés I'échange des organes de guidage.
2.51 Contréle et réglage du guide-bande
(voir fig. 12)
Tous
les organes
du guide-bande doivent
6tre
rigoureusement
verticaux.
La bande
magnétique
doit défiler sans
effleurer les
joues des bobines et passer exactement en-
tre les deux butées de son guide (voir lignes
en tirets de la fig. 12). Contréler comme suit

L'entrefer de la téte d'effacement doit dé-
passer
