Avoid any feed pipe connection! If absolutely necessary, protect the feed line with a heating cable.
Observe DIN 1988 / DIN EN 1717 and local norms.

Water level indicator
1. Main switch in 0 = OFF position (pos. 9)
2. Fill the container (pos. 1) with clean water. For this purpose unscrew (only at the hexagon steel plate) the heating element (pos. 23)
and fill the water into the free opening until you notice the level on the water level indicator (pos. 25). Then screw back the heating
element (tighten it by hand).
3. Fill water circuit with water
4. Bleed the pump (pos. 2) and the water circuit over the shut-off valve for manual ventilation (pos. 12). Check that by-pass line is
closed and that water circuit runs through the heating unit!
5. Remaining air bubbles will automatically escape through the automatic vent valve (pos. 7)
6. Main switch in 1 = ON position (pos. 9)
7. Circulation pump is switched on. Heating element is ready to work.
8. Repeat point 4. Attention: when bleeding, hot water can escape!
9. Adjust the necessary return flow temperature at thermostat pos. (4). Control-light at the heating element illuminates only if the
heating element is heating. Factory adjustment +10°C.
