Main Control Switch Position:
0 = OFF circulation pump and heating element are out of service.
1 = ON circulation pump runs constantly, heating element switch on / off automatically
• It is taken for granted, that Heating Unit is connected according to instructions and is ready for use.
• The heating elements heat up a secondary water, which transfers the heat to the water for the drinking bowls. The
maximum temperature of +40°C reduces the appearance of lime to a minimum.
• Heating unit is activated (main switch stands on position - 1 -)  circulation pump is running and the water is
circulating in the water circuit.
• Heating element is plugged and ready for use, which means: i f return water flow temperature drops lower than the
adjusted value, heating element starts heating  Control lamp illuminates at heating element.
• Heating unit warms up the water until the adjusted water temperature value is reached at the temperature sensor
(see pos. 4 page 21)  a desired temperature of return water flow is adjusted at the temperature sensor, mounted
on the return flow pipe).
• After having reached this target value, heating element turns off. Control lamp at the heating element stops to
illuminate.
• If return flow water temperature reaches the value lower than the adjusted value, the heating element switches on
and begins to heat again automatically.
• Water temperature at the thermostat must be adjusted at min. +7° to +10°C. Factory adjustment +10°C.
