You can delete an entry by pressing the
delete key
whole list by pressing and holding the delete key
(circa 6 s) and by pressing it again.
You can also pick up the receiver first or press the
loudspeaker key and search the entry in the caller
list afterwards.
If there is a name in the top display line, it would
have been transferred (if operated with a PBX) or
the telephone number has been entered into the
telephone book of the telephone.
The date indicates when the caller has called the
last time.
The digits at the right top side display the order
number of this entry. The N in front of it indicates
that it is a new entry which has not been viewed

until now. The in front of it indicates that the
caller has repeatedly tried to reach you.

Mute the Microphone

If you like to ask somebody a question in the room
during a call, without being able to be tapped by
the call partner, you can temporarily switch off the
microphone.
Press the microphone key during the

If you connect your telephone to an Auerswald
PBX, you can perform PBX functions like query,
transfer and so on as described in the manual of
the PBX. You will need the R key

Trouble Shooting

My Telephone does not work!
Make sure that the plug of the telephone con-
nection cord and of receiver twisted cord are
attached correctly.
Press the hook switch and wait for the dial
tone again.
Connect another telephone to the telephone
jack. If the problem persists with the other tele-
phone, the problem may be caused by the net-
work provider or by the PBX.

If you are in a call with the receiver
and you like to change into the
handsfree operation, you only have
to press the loudspeaker key and to
hang up the receiver then.
If you like to change back into the
receiver operation, pick up the
