When connecting flexible cables and spring terminals, it is not recommended to use
ferrules.

Fieldbus connection
Fieldbus cable specifications to IEC 61158-2 (MBP). Devices can be connected to the fieldbus in
two ways:
• Connection via conventional cable gland.
• Connection via fieldbus connector (optional, can be purchased as an accessory).

Strip wire end. Minimum stripping length = min. 10 mm (0.39 in)

Insert the wire end into the terminal (A).
3.
Check the connection by pulling on the wire lightly. Repeat from step 1 if
necessary.
