11 Removal and disposal
You can dispose of the filter tank packaging materials separately
in their respective household waste bin.
11.1 Removal
Before starting removal:
•
Disconnect the system from the mains
•
Depressurise the system
•
For more information, see chapter 7.4: "Storing the filter system over winter"
•
Then dismantle all the modules and components, taking applicable local
environmental regulations into consideration.
11.2 Disposal
The dismantled components are to be recycled after being disassembled properly:
•
Separate and recycle packaging
•
Scrap leftover metal
•
Scrap the filter tank (GRP) and put in your household waste
•
Parts with the following symbol must be taken to an electrical waste recycling
centre

Removal and disposal may only be carried out by trained and approved
specialists.
CAUTION
Ensure your own safety during removal.
Wear safety equipment (e.g. safety gloves, boots and goggles)!
Stainless steel edges may be sharp after disassembly.
