this process, but it never can stop it. Anaerobic bacteria and microorganisms, that can operate in an environment with low oxygen
content, continue to have an impact on the deterioration of the food quality.
Cooking, defrosting and reheating in water of the vacuum foiled food allows to preserve the fl avor of dishes and makes it easier to
maintain cleanliness. When you are heating the vacuum packed foods with microwave oven you should always punch the bag in
several places, which will allow the bag to release hot air. Vacuum packed food can be heated by immersion and heating it in the
warm water, the water temperature must not exceed 75 degrees C.
