Required action
1)
Open / unlock the EFOY ProCube.
2)
Check that the main switch of the EFOY ProCube is turned off.
3)
Optional: If your ProCube is equipped with a router, configure it.
4)
Connect the wiring of the consumer (deactivated).
5)
If necessary, connect the wiring of the solar module. Make sure that the
solar module is protected from light for the duration of the entire
installation.
6)
Screw the EFOY Fuel Manager to the mounting plate provided and
connect the prepared cables.
7)
Connect the fuel cartridge connectors of the EFOY Fuel Manager to
external EFOY fuel cartridges (incl. adapter). To do so, lead the fuel
cartridge connections to the outside through the EFOY ProCube's cable
gland provided for this purpose.
8)
Fasten the fuel cartridge connectors of the EFOY Fuel Manager in the
prepared clip holders so that they cannot come into contact with the
battery terminals later.
9)
Insert the batteries and secure them with the belts.
10) Connect the batteries to the prepared battery terminals: two cables
(power and sense line) for the positive terminal and two cables for the
negative terminal. Note the differences in the wiring for 12 V and 24 V.
11) Install the fuel cell in the ProCube and screw the fuel cell potion
connector to the EFOY Fuel Manager.
12) Connect the exhaust hose to the EFOY fuel cell.
13) Connect the prepared charging cable, the power cable of the EFOY Fuel
Manager and the prepared communication cable(s) to the fuel cell.
14) Mount the control panel and fix it to the top-hat rail next to the EFOY Fuel
Manager. Plug the communication cable into the EFOY Fuel Manager.
